🎓 Study programmes at the University of California

Abat Oliba CEU University and the University of California, Riverside (UCR) have signed a collaboration agreement. It allows our students to study courses and, if successful, to earn certificates from the American university.

The agreement is part of UCR's University Credit Program. As participants, UAO CEU students will have the option to study courses of their choosing from a wide range of fields, which could lead to a certificate from UCR. After the course, UAO CEU will recognise all credits earned.

Specifically, the agreement allows both undergraduate and graduate students from UAO CEU and UCR graduates to take either three, six, nine or twelve-month programmes at UCR.

The three-month courses include modules related to the Postgraduate Certificate in Management. Six-month courses lead to towards the Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Management. The nine-month course, aside from offering a diploma in a range of specialities (Big Data, Bioengineering Management, Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship, among others), has the incentive of work placement internships and a job in the USA upon completion. Finally, there is also a year-long course, which is part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Entertainment and Media Management.

Furthermore, UCR also offers students UAO CEU students their English as a Second Language programme. A specific English language course was also set up especially for UAO CEU members.
